<p>The Himachal government has started a new ‘Community Development Scheme’, an initiative of the Rural Development department for the tribal populace.</p>

<p>The Himachal Pradesh government has launched a new &#39;Community Development Scheme,&#39; an initiative of the Rural Development Department for the tribal populace, with the goal of accelerating the process of development in tribal areas and bringing about socio-economic transformation through integrated development in the lives of people there. Only those projects that were supposed to be undertaken in areas with a tribal population would receive funding from the department. </p>

<h2>Objective</h2>

<p>A major goal of the Community Development Scheme (for tribal communities) is to make significant advancements in the fields of connection, communication, rural health, and rural education.</p>

<h2>About Scheme</h2>

<p>1. Villages and tribal areas with a population of at least 40% tribal members will be given priority over non-tribal settlements.</p>

<p>2. The following preference will go to villages and wards in non-tribal areas with less than 40% of their residents being from a tribal group. </p>

<p>3. Construction or repair of new and old buildings for registered mahila mandals, yuvak mandals, roads, libraries, sports fields, walkways, small bridges or culverts, gyms, construction or repair of tar-spam bridge, yoga studios, public restrooms, bathrooms, restoration of natural drinking water sources, solid and liquid waste treatment plans, parking, irrigational channels (Kuhls), and any other work for the benefit of the community at large will fall under the scheme.</p>

<p>4. Such projects will receive project advisory committee approval in tribal regions, and the concerned Deputy Commissioner, Resident Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, or Additional District Magistrate will grant the necessary financial sanction and administrative approval.</p>

<p>5. The commissioner will receive proposals for these projects in non-tribal areas through the concerned deputy commissioners of the tribal development department, who will also approve them administratively and financially.</p>

<h2>Conclusion</h2>

<p>The current state government&#39;s priority area is the welfare of the underprivileged segment of society, and the budget for 2023–2024 includes a number of measures in this regard. Reforms to raise the standard of living for society&#39;s most vulnerable groups are currently under process, and they will start to show results soon.</p>

<h2>योजना के बारे में</h2>

<p>1. कम से कम 40% आदिवासी सदस्यों की आबादी वाले गांवों और आदिवासी क्षेत्रों को गैर-आदिवासी बस्तियों पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।</p>

<p>2. निम्नलिखित प्राथमिकता गैर-आदिवासी क्षेत्रों के गांवों और वार्डों को दी जाएगी जहां 40% से कम निवासी आदिवासी समूह से हैं।</p>

<p>3. पंजीकृत महिला मंडलों, युवक मंडलों, सड़कों, पुस्तकालयों, खेल के मैदानों, पैदल मार्गों, छोटे पुलों या पुलियों, जिमों के लिए नए और पुराने भवनों का निर्माण या मरम्मत, टार-स्पैम पुल, योग स्टूडियो, सार्वजनिक शौचालय, स्नानघर का निर्माण या मरम्मत , प्राकृतिक पेयजल स्रोतों की बहाली, ठोस और तरल अपशिष्ट उपचार योजनाएं, पार्किंग, सिंचाई चैनल (कुहल), और बड़े पैमाने पर समुदाय के लाभ के लिए कोई भी अन्य कार्य योजना के अंतर्गत आएगा।</p>

<p>4. ऐसी परियोजनाओं को जनजातीय क्षेत्रों में परियोजना सलाहकार समिति की मंजूरी मिलेगी, और संबंधित उपायुक्त, आवासीय आयुक्त, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त या अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेट आवश्यक वित्तीय मंजूरी और प्रशासनिक मंजूरी देंगे।</p>

<p>5. आयुक्त को गैर-आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में इन परियोजनाओं के प्रस्ताव आदिवासी विकास विभाग के संबंधित उपायुक्तों के माध्यम से प्राप्त होंगे, जो उन्हें प्रशासनिक और वित्तीय रूप से मंजूरी भी देंगे।</p>
