Computers are mainly categorised in following ways:

1. Based on size
2. Based on purpose
3. Based on data handling capacities

Supercomputers are the biggest computers. Supercomputers are the most expensive and fastest machines.

What are the different types of computers based on purpose?

There are two different types of computers based on purpose: General purpose computer, Special purpose computer. 

Which computer is specifically designed to deal with analogue data?

Analogue computer is specifically designed to deal with analogue data.

What is a hybrid computer?

Hybrid computers have the features of both analogue and digital computers. Hybrid computers have accuracy and memory like a digital computer, and fast like analogue computers.
