<p>After meeting the requirements for SSC Stenographer Tier I, you'll need to take the Shorthand Skill Test:</p>

At 100 words per minute (w.p.m.) for the Stenographer Grade 'C' position and 80 w.p.m. for the Stenographer Grade 'D' post, the dictation speed is set.</p>
