What is the exam pattern for SSC CHSL Tier 1?

The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam includes 100 questions, testing your knowledge across four subjects. Each subject carries 25 questions for a total of 200 marks, and you'll have 60 minutes to complete the Tier 1 exam. Moreover, the Tier 1 Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple Choice questions only. The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and any language chosen by you in the application form, except for the English Language section.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam, conducted in two sessions on the same day, tests you across three sections.
