Statement II: If P2 and P4 complete 40% of the wall, then P4 and P5 complete 30% of the wall, and the remaining wall is completed by P1 alone, then the total wage paid is 5% more than the amount paid to P3 for completing the whole wall alone.

<p>a + b = 10</p>

<p>b + d = 6</p>

<p>d = 6 − b</p>

<p>e = 5 − b</p>
