There are seven levels numbered 1 to 7 from bottom to top. A total of ten cells are placed across these seven levels. At least one and at most two cells are placed on each level. No two adjacent levels contain the same number of cells. The bottommost level contains only one cell.

Two dice are thrown, and the outcomes corresponding to the ten cells are given below:

(6, 6), (1, 1), (1, 2), (5, 6), (1, 3), (1, 4), (4, 6), (1, 5), (4, 5), (1, 7)

Conditions:

The odd-numbered levels are filled first in descending order of the sum of the two dice. After that, the even-numbered levels are filled in ascending order of the sum of the two dice. For a level containing two cells, the cells are filled from left to right. For every level containing two cells, the product of the two dice outcomes in at least one of its cells must be a prime number.

Arrangement 1:

I. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, O and U are the letters to be placed in the ten cells according to the following rules.

II. The five vowels A, E, I, O and U are written in alphabetical order from top to bottom in those cells whose sum of the dice outcomes is even.

III. The consonants B and C are placed in the cells whose sum of dice outcomes is a multiple of 3 except 6, in alphabetical order.

IV. The remaining consonants are written in the remaining cells in alphabetical order.

V. For cells at the same level, the left-to-right order is followed.

Arrangement 2:

All ten letters are placed in a single row from left to right, facing north, according to the sum of the dice outcomes of their respective cells in ascending order.

If two or more letters have the same sum, they are arranged in alphabetical order from left to right.
