<p>Priya + 5x = 52 ……(1)</p>

<p>k years hence (k = 2x):</p>

<p>Amukta = 5x + 2x = 7x</p>

<p>Sweeta = (7x − 4) + 2x = 9x − 4</p>

<p>Sum = 16x − 4</p>

<p>Given:</p>

<p>Rajni + Priya = 16x − 4</p>

<p>7x + Priya = 16x − 4</p>

<p>Priya = 9x − 4 ……(2)</p>

<p>From (1) and (2):</p>

<p>9x − 4 + 5x = 52</p>

<p>14x = 56</p>

<p>x = 4</p>
