Lucknow, Delhi, Shimla, Haridwar, Dehradun, Patna, Mathura, Mumbai, Puducherry, and Goa on 4 different dates. Minimum 2 and maximum 3 people go on the same date.

P sits third to the right of the one who likes Patna and two people sit between S and the one who likes Patna. L who is an immediate neighbor of S sits opposite R who goes to Goa. J sits immediately left of N and both don't go to Patna. The one who goes to Mumbai sits third to the right of N. Only one person sits between K and the one who goes to Mumbai. K is not an immediate neighbor of N and P. The one who goes to Mathura sits fourth to the right of K. The one who goes to Dehradun sits immediately right of M. M and O don't go to Mumbai. The one who goes to Haridwar sits opposite to the one who goes to Shimla. The one who goes to Puducherry sits immediately left of the one who goes to Haridwar. N doesn't go to Delhi.

1. The letters in a country is even and the place value of the second letter is less than 13 then the person goes on the date of 6.

2. The letters in a country is even and the place value of the second letter is more than 13 then the person goes on the date of 9.

3. The letters in a country is odd and the place value of the second letter is less than 13 then the person goes on the date of 5.

4. The letters in a country is even and the place value of the second letter is more than 13 then the person goes on the date of 15.
