Conditions:
(i) If the first and fourth letters are vowels, their codes are interchanged.
(ii) If the second letter is a consonant and last letter is also a consonant, both are coded as '!'
(iii) If the third letter is a vowel, it is replaced with the symbol of the second letter.

Sub Conditions:
(iv) If a number is immediately preceded and followed by a symbol, it becomes 'X'.
(v) If a code contains two identical digits next to each other, replace both with 'Z'.
(vi) If any letter’s code is more than 5 and it's followed by a vowel code, both are to be reversed.
