<p>According to the official SBI CBO notification 2023, a Circle Based Officer's initial basic pay is Rs. 36,000. This pay is determined on a scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I, with an additional benefit of 2 advance increments for those with 2 years or more of work experience in the officer cadre of any Scheduled Commercial Bank/Regional Rural Bank.</p>
