4. Ved Van, a Vedic-themed park opened in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. 
A. Ved Van offers a variety of attractions including sound and light performances, handcrafted sculptures exhibiting Vedic literary works, and a collection of over 50,000 plants drawn from Vedic literature. 
B. The four Vedic literary works, the Sama Veda, the Rig Veda, the Yajur Veda, and the Atharva Veda, are all represented in the park through extracts.

5. France will provide the Indian Navy with three attack submarines and 26 Rafale-M jets.

7. Lakshya Sen won Canada Open 2023.

9. World Population Day will be celebrated on July 11.

10. Himachal Government launched a Community Development scheme.

A. The Himachal Pradesh government has launched a new &#39;Community Development Scheme,&#39; an initiative of the Rural Development Department for the tribal population, with the goal of accelerating the process of development in tribal areas and bringing about socio-economic transformation through integrated development in the lives of people there. 
B. According to the plan, villages with a population of at least 40% tribal members will be given priority over non-tribal villages in tribal areas. The following preference will go to villages and wards in non-tribal areas with less than 40% of their residents being from a tribal group. 
C. A major goal of the Community Development Scheme (for tribal communities) is to make significant advancements in the fields of rural education, connection, rural health, and communication.
