	<li>An individual of Indian origin who has relocated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African Countries such as Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam, with the intention of establishing permanent residence in India.</li>
