<p>Cyclone Fengal, developing in the Bay of Bengal, is expected to intensify into a depression by November 24 and may strengthen into a cyclonic storm by November 25. The system will bring heavy rainfall to southern Tamil Nadu from November 25–27, with gusty winds and isolated heavy rain in surrounding areas. Unlike Cyclone Dana, which impacted Odisha, Fengal is predicted to move towards Sri Lanka or southern Tamil Nadu, shifting typical cyclone paths in the Bay of Bengal during November.</p>

<p>The RBI has increased the transaction limit for UPI 123Pay from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, benefiting India’s 400 million feature phone users. UPI 123Pay allows internet-free digital transactions through methods like IVR, missed calls, and sound-based payments. Additionally, the UPI Lite wallet limit has been raised to ₹5,000 to support small-value transactions. These updates aim to enhance financial inclusion and digital payment adoption. The RBI also maintained the repo rate at 6.5%, forecasting 7.2% GDP growth for FY25.</p>

<p>Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India’s first self-sufficient gaushala in Gwalior, featuring a state-of-the-art Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant. The Adarsh Gaushala processes 100 tons of cattle dung daily, producing 2-3 tons of bio-CNG and 10-15 tons of bio-manure.
