<p>The National Statistical Office (NSO), under MoSPI, has released its “Statistical Report on Value of Output from Agriculture and Allied Sectors” covering 2011–12 to 2023–24. The Gross Value Added (GVA) surged ~225% in current prices (Rupees 1,502 trn to Rupees 4,878 trn), while Gross Value of Output (GVO) rose ~54.6% in constant prices (Rupees 1,908 trn to Rupees 2,949 trn). Crops led the output (≈54%), with livestock, forestry, and fisheries also showing strong growth. Horticulture and aquaculture notably expanded, reflecting India's diversified agri-sector boom. </p>
